RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We have a strict NO REFUND policy. Our DVDs are replicated, printed, packaged and sealed according to the best industry standards. What you are getting is an original sealed and unused package. The DVD is Region 0, which means it is Region-free. It is highly unlikely that it will be defective or unreadable on an average PAL DVD player. Therefore, if any DVD is defective, the Buyer needs to return the DVD along with its packaging to us and if found defective, we will ship a new copy at our expense.
Please note that no exchanges will be entertained for DVDs that don't work on NTSC DVD players or personal computers. Most modern DVD players support all formats. However, please verify whether your DVD player supports the PAL version before buying.
If you do happen to have an issue with the actual product, please email us at contact@theimpossiblemurder.com and we will try to resolve the issue. In either case our decision in this case is binding and final and you agree to this prior to purchase.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The Buyer is responsible for the following charges (if applicable) which are not included in the Total Price:
1. Foreign currency conversion charges levied by the credit card company/bank/PayPal.
2. Transaction charges by PayPal pertaining to the Buyer’s account.
3. Octroi/duty/customs charges or any taxes pertaining to the Buyer’s country/state/location.
4. Charges levied by the courier company for any additional expenses incurred by them.
5. Exchange rate variations in the Buyer’s local currency.
6. Any other miscellaneous charges that are in addition to the Total Price.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We will be using the Indian Postal Service for international shipments. For local shipments we might use IPS or a private courier company. We are doing this to keep shipping costs to a minimum. The downside to this strategy is that shipments might get delayed if your location is not in a major city or town. We don't expect delivery times in India to be an issue, but depending on your country/state and your customs regulations, shipments might be delayed, because it is likely that in some cases the shipments will pass through your local customs department. We will try to add tracking numbers and proof-of-delivery receipts to shipments and ensure delivery is made within our service timeframes. In some cases, we might also try to insure shipments, but we don't guarantee this. We will ship within 7 business days of confirming your payment. After that, customers within India should recieve their DVDs within 7 business days from the date of dispatch. International customers might have to wait for around 21 business days for delivery, depending on their location and customs.
In case it is past the shipping timeframes and you still haven't received your copy, please email us immediately and we will try to either resolve the issue or ship you a new copy by speed post.

Important: Orders without a name, proper address, Pin/Zip code and tel/mobile number will not be shipped. We will only ship once we have all details. Missing out on any of these might delay your shipments. The onus of this lies with the Buyer at the time of purchase. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from theimpossiblemurder.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PAYMENTS AND CURRENCY
The price of this product within India (inclusive of Sales Tax/VAT) is INR 499.00 only. In U.S. Dollars, the fixed price is $9.99. Since we are currently using PayPal as our payment provider, we are able to accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and PayPal payments. Buyers within India, however, will still have to make their payments in U.S. Dollars since PayPal does not directly accept Indian Rupees as of now.
To facilitate matters, we are negotiating with Indian resellers to sell to buyers within India, but we don't know if this will be either viable or feasible in the near future. Please check with your credit card company or bank, and PayPal, before buying.
